Mike has been a keen fitness enthusiast for many years, and turned his passion into a career filled with desire to help others attain their goals.
Mike achieved his Level 2 and 3 Diploma’s at Premier Global London, the leading Personal Trainer course in the country. Excelling in all written and physical assessments, Mike fell in love with his profession. After extensive travelling and working in Asia and Australia, he opened his own health and fitness studio in Thailand, which boasted an award winning reputation, training a diverse range of international clients of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness goals from weight loss, muscle gaining, combat and endurance training. Mike recently returned to the UK to spend time with his family and grow his UK client base.

Mike achieved his Level 2 and 3 Diploma’s at Premier Global London, the leading Personal Trainer course in the country. Excelling in all written and physical assessments, Mike fell in love with his profession. Mike used to be extremely out of shape, over-weight, and lacking in self-confidence. He used the knowledge of fitness, and determination to achieve a personal body transformation, and is now passionate and motivated to pass on his knowledge to his client to help improve their health, fitness and wellbeing.

He studied Politics and International Relations at Nottingham Trent University and is a keen sportsmen, particularly in football, tennis and table tennis. Mike is a keen advocate of combat training, and practices regular boxing training.

Apart from recently becoming proud father for the first time, Mike ran his own gym and fitness centre in Thailand which was voted ‘Phuket’s Best International Gym 2015, 2016 & 2017’
