Rory has experienced the transformative power of optimal nutrition, mindset practice and physical conditioning in his own life and wants to share what he has learnt to help people transform their lives, realise a better future for themselves, and in doing so, improve our collective health.
Rory is a personal trainer, nutritionist and mindset coach. His three specialisms come together to transform his clients’ health. He utilises his experience as a mindset coach for functional athletes to help clients prime their minds for change. He uses his nutrition expertise to guide his clients on how to use food to optimise their health and creates bespoke nutritional advice to help clients achieve their health and well-being goals. His training plans typically feature Crossfit-inspired functional strength and conditioning workouts, that combine dynamic and constantly varied exercises, tailored to the client’s health and aesthetic goals.
